In 2026, we celebrate the 10th anniversary of gloor&lang pharma and biotech recruiting gmbh.

While gloor&lang ag has been successfully supporting the Life Science industry with permanent recruitment solutions for more than 20 years, the GmbH was founded in 2016 by Irmtraud Lang and Christian Strupp to offer our clients additional flexible staffing solutions in temporary employment and try & hire services.

What originally started through individual client requests has grown over the years into a significant part of our business activities.

Current market conditions clearly demonstrate how important flexible recruiting models have become. Many companies are currently acting more cautiously when creating new permanent positions. Geopolitical uncertainties, postponed investments, reorganizations and generally slower growth expectations across parts of the pharmaceutical and life science industry are influencing hiring decisions worldwide.

At the same time, projects must continue, critical functions need to remain operational and temporary resource gaps have to be covered reliably.

For exactly these situations, we have been successfully providing temporary staffing solutions for the past 10 years — with the same specialized Life Science profiles we also place in permanent positions.
