How AI Tools Are Transforming Recruiting and HR Management in the Life Sciences Industry
On September 23, 2025, we hosted our first interactive webinar on the topic:
“AI in HR – Practical Applications for Life Sciences.”
In a compact 40-minute online session, Dr. Irmtraud Lang and Daniel Fankhauser shared insights on how HR professionals, recruiters, and managers can effectively integrate Artificial Intelligence into their day-to-day recruiting processes.

- Optimizing job postings and increasing visibility - AI can tailor content for job boards and social media to effectively reach the right candidates – clear, engaging, and conversion-optimized.
- Simplifying preselection and interview preparation - Structured prompts and scorecards help compare candidate profiles, prepare interview questions, and streamline communication – always with a human in the loop.
Practical, Interactive, and Relevant
Together with the presenters, participants worked through small tasks from the provided handout – from market research and salary benchmarks to developing scorecards and interview questions. The mix of input, live demos, and hands-on application made the session dynamic and highly practical.
